About you, our customer

We keep your email address, your plan, your industry and state selection, and Stripe's customer and subscription IDs. Stripe handles your card; we never see it. Emails are sent through Resend. We count page views without cookies or identifiers: the page, the referring site, country, and whether it was a phone.

We use your details to run your feed and send the weekly email. We don't sell them or share them with anyone else, except our service providers to run New ABNs.

About the businesses in the feed

The feed comes from the ABR's public ABN Lookup extract, which businesses supply when they register. We take only what businesses choose to make public there. We don't include individuals' names: sole traders and partnerships appear only under a registered business name that says what they do (like “Northside Plumbing”), and only with the state and postcode they listed. Businesses that suppress their details on ABN Lookup aren't in the extract, so they're not here either.

If you're listed and want your business left out of New ABNs, email hello@newabns.com.au with your ABN and we'll exclude it. To change what the ABR publishes, update your details on the ABR website.

Access and deletion

Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or to delete it, at hello@newabns.com.au. Unsubscribing from the email takes one click from any email.
